About Ashley

Ashley Pedersen

Mortgage Broker, NMLS# 1982417

Born and raised in Northern California, I was surrounded by my entire family working in real estate, which inspired me to start my career in the mortgage industry in 2020. Working as an assistant for 3 top producing loan officers in the beginning of my career was a huge benefit as it exposed me to hundreds of different loan and borrower scenarios. I learned to become a problem solver, always finding a solution for my clients, and I continue to gain more knowledge every single day.

I have come to find that my passion is for helping others. With a degree in Sociology, I love to foster relationships with everyone I work with and I make it my mission to maintain these relationships after I close the loan, my job does not stop there. As a new Texan, I am ready to help even more people achieve the dream of homeownership. I am extremely excited to be working with Pico Mortgage Brokers, where I can offer my clients the best rates and lowest fees possible. I would love to answer any questions or clarify any concerns you may have about buying a new primary home, investment home, or refinancing your current home. I am your market expert here to make this process as stress-free as possible. I look forward to working with you, let’s check out what financing options you have together!
